Organize an event in Dijon, Burgundy

Originally from the Jura, Dijon won me over during my studies. I fell in love with it straight away. I felt right at home and discovered a vibrant, welcoming and gastronomic city. That’s why I regularly showcase Dijon on my TikTok and Instagram accounts.

Dijon holds a special place in my heart. My company has been producing traditional Dijon gingerbread since 1796, perpetuating tradition while embracing innovation. The secret of Dijon lies in this ability to merge innovation with tradition. I am delighted to be based in one of France’s great gastronomic and food capitals.

I moved to Dijon 26 years ago at the start of my professional journey, and I’ve never left. Dijon is a magical mix of heritage, tradition, passionate and inspiring individuals, as well as the vibrant contrasts of fog and light. Through my company, Crossject, and various regional and national roles, I proudly express my love for the city I now call home.

Dijon is a city on the go. It’s constantly evolving. That’s why I chose to develop my business here, in city that’s on the move and developing in new ways, with a high quality of life and an environment that fosters innovation and creativity. I’m proud to contribute to this vibrant energy through my audiovisual projects and to draw from its network and local opportunities. Staying in Dijon is also a way of showcasing the city that shaped me and continues to surprise me.

For me, Dijon is a city rich in memories of a happy childhood and strong family ties. Knowing and staying connected to your roots is important, especially when they are as enriching as those in Dijon.
As the capital of the Dukes of Burgundy, the city boasts an exceptional heritage while being close to major economic hubs like Paris, Lyon, and Switzerland. As such, it is at the heart of a strong economic dynamic and continues to evolve while capitalizing on its rich traditions, such as the legendary Côte d’Or wines.

I was born in Dijon and spent part of my childhood in the heart of the city, living on Place Grangier and frequently visiting Darcy Park and its famous Pompon bear almost daily. Later, as a student, the back-to-school concerts became a cherished tradition during the academic year. And now, I am thrilled to showcase Dijon and its many assets to the students I support in my role at ESTP, who come from all over France and internationally.

Dijon has a rich historical and cultural heritage, and a gastronomic heritage that’s unparalleled. It’s more than just a destination: It’s a thriving ecosystem for entrepreneurs, very open and accessible. The quality of life fosters both personal and professional fulfilment.
