Dijon is far more than my hometown, it’s my home. This is where I built my elite sports career, supported by CREPS Bourgogne, HMDB21 club, and the Palais des Sports. These places are a constant reminder of everything Dijon has given me. It’s an authentic environment, where I can count on a community of enthusiasts to support me every day.
When I host athlete friends or partners, I love showcasing Dijon’s fine foods and drink, historic landmarks, and sharing a good meal together.

I moved to Dijon 26 years ago at the start of my professional journey, and I’ve never left. Dijon is a magical mix of heritage, tradition, passionate and inspiring individuals, as well as the vibrant contrasts of fog and light. Through my company, Crossject, and various regional and national roles, I proudly express my love for the city I now call home.

Dijon has a rich historical and cultural heritage, and a gastronomic heritage that’s unparalleled. It’s more than just a destination: It’s a thriving ecosystem for entrepreneurs, very open and accessible. The quality of life fosters both personal and professional fulfilment. Setting up Tease Production here allowed me to benefit from an innovative and dynamic network that bridges tradition and innovation, offering exciting opportunities for partnerships and projects.

I was born in Dijon and spent part of my childhood in the heart of the city, living on Place Grangier and frequently visiting Darcy Park and its famous Pompon bear almost daily. Later, as a student, the back-to-school concerts became a cherished tradition during the academic year. And now, I am thrilled to showcase Dijon and its many assets to the students I support in my role at ESTP, who come from all over France and internationally.

For me, Dijon is a city rich in memories of a happy childhood and strong family ties. Knowing and staying connected to your roots is important, especially when they are as enriching as those in Dijon.
As the capital of the Dukes of Burgundy, the city boasts an exceptional heritage while being close to major economic hubs like Paris, Lyon, and Switzerland. As such, it is at the heart of a strong economic dynamic and continues to evolve while capitalizing on its rich traditions, such as the legendary Côte d’Or wines.

Dijon holds a special place in my heart. My company has been producing traditional Dijon gingerbread since 1796, perpetuating tradition while embracing innovation. The secret of Dijon lies in this ability to merge innovation with tradition. I am delighted to be based in one of France’s great gastronomic and food capitals.
