With my two companies, I proudly work with local businesses and national brands on bespoke projects in Dijon and across Europe. Dijon’s excellent road, highway, and rail connections places it in the center of a region that stretches far beyond its borders.

Originally from the Jura, Dijon won me over during my studies. I fell in love with it straight away. I felt right at home and discovered a vibrant, welcoming and gastronomic city. That’s why I regularly showcase Dijon on my TikTok and Instagram accounts.

Dijon holds a special place in my heart. My company has been producing traditional Dijon gingerbread since 1796, perpetuating tradition while embracing innovation. The secret of Dijon lies in this ability to merge innovation with tradition. I am delighted to be based in one of France’s great gastronomic and food capitals.

I moved to Dijon 26 years ago at the start of my professional journey, and I’ve never left. Dijon is a magical mix of heritage, tradition, passionate and inspiring individuals, as well as the vibrant contrasts of fog and light.
