That’s why I chose to develop my business here, in city that’s on the move and developing in new ways, with a high quality of life and an environment that fosters innovation and creativity. I’m proud to contribute to this vibrant energy through my audiovisual projects and to draw from its network and local opportunities. Staying in Dijon is also a way of showcasing the city that shaped me and continues to surprise me.

Dijon holds a special place in my heart. My company has been producing traditional Dijon gingerbread since 1796, perpetuating tradition while embracing innovation. The secret of Dijon lies in this ability to merge innovation with tradition. I am delighted to be based in one of France’s great gastronomic and food capitals.

For 25 years, I have had the privilege of working in Dijon, a city that has seen me grow professionally and which I have watched flourish over the years. I never fail to praise its historic city centre and the tomb of the Dukes in the Museum of Fine Arts. A must-see!
