Dijon holds a special place in my heart. My company has been producing traditional Dijon gingerbread since 1796, perpetuating tradition while embracing innovation. The secret of Dijon lies in this ability to merge innovation with tradition. I am delighted to be based in one of France’s great gastronomic and food capitals.

Dijon is a city on the go. It’s constantly evolving. That’s why I chose to develop my business here, in city that’s on the move and developing in new ways, with a high quality of life and an environment that fosters innovation and creativity. I’m proud to contribute to this vibrant energy through my audiovisual projects and to draw from its network and local opportunities. Staying in Dijon is also a way of showcasing the city that shaped me and continues to surprise me.

I started working in Dijon in 2018, to open and then develop a new campus for ESTP, an engineering school specializing in sustainable construction. Dijon has the warmth of a small town but it’s a metropolis with ambitious projects and a vital, committed ecosystem which gets these projects off the ground.

For 25 years, I have had the privilege of working in Dijon, a city that has seen me grow professionally and which I have watched flourish over the years. Dijon is a metropolis that perfectly combines the advantages of a large city with the charm of proximity. Its extraordinary heritage and commitment to ecology make it a great place to live. This unique combination of modernity and tradition is what makes Dijon so special and attractive.

I never fail to praise its historic city centre and the tomb of the Dukes in the Museum of Fine Arts. A must-see!

Originally from the Jura, Dijon won me over during my studies. I fell in love with it straight away. I felt right at home and discovered a vibrant, welcoming and gastronomic city. That’s why I regularly showcase Dijon on my TikTok and Instagram accounts.

Dijon is far more than my hometown, it’s my home. This is where I built my elite sports career, supported by CREPS Bourgogne, HMDB21 club, and the Palais des Sports. These places are a constant reminder of everything Dijon has given me. It’s an authentic environment, where I can count on a community of enthusiasts to support me every day.
